Delete your Neurvona data
You control your connected accounts and the information you share with your twin.
Delete your account
Sign in, open Autopilot → Advanced → Delete account (in the app: Controls → Delete account), type DELETE and confirm. It needs a sign-in from the last 10 minutes. Deleting signs you out everywhere at once, stops every autopilot, ends your API keys and connected devices, cancels your plan now, revokes Neurvona’s access to Google and X, and deletes your drafts, contacts, inbox copies, sources, conversations, photo, saved voice and video avatar, the last two at Cartesia and Anam as well. Unused credits end with the account. Refunds are not automatic: to ask for a refund review, write to support@neurvona.ai before you delete. Emails and posts already sent stay where they went.
Payment, credit and usage records stay for accounting, refunds and disputes, and keyed hashes of the opt-outs your recipients sent stay on Neurvona’s shared opt-out list, where they count as one account’s opt-outs, all without your name, email address, content or account ID. Unsubscribe links in emails you sent keep working for 30 days after each email. A new account starts with an empty opt-out list; your data download includes yours. Encrypted backups keep deleted data for up to 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.
Download your data
In the same place, Download my data saves everything your account holds as one file, without passwords, access tokens or other people’s records. It also needs a recent sign-in.
Disconnect an account
Open Autopilot, choose an account under Missions & account settings, and select Disconnect. Disconnecting Gmail, Instagram, LinkedIn, or your iMessage Mac removes its stored connection credentials and stops new activity through that connection. Disconnecting Gmail also deletes its inbox copies and the Gmail writing samples imported with Google tools, except a message a waiting reply draft still needs. You can also revoke Neurvona in the provider’s connected-app settings.
Remove information and drafts
In Autopilot, open Your information to remove a saved source. Disable a source to stop using it in new writing. Clear history in your twin conversation permanently deletes the text of finished messages. Cancel queued drafts before disconnecting if you want to stop pending work. Work already submitted to a provider may still finish; deleting data here does not remove posts or messages already sent through that provider.
Other requests
To ask for specific data to be removed, or if you cannot sign in, email brett@neurvona.com with the subject “Neurvona data deletion.” Include the email or public account handle you use to sign in. We verify account ownership before deleting private records. Never send a password, access token, API key, or payment credentials.
