Neurvona terms

Neurvona is an early-access service operated by Neurvona, Inc. Contact brett@neurvona.com. It helps you use an existing AI agent to draft digital products and X posts and process sales through Stripe.

Revenue share

There is no monthly subscription or upfront credit purchase. Neurvona collects 10% of each sale it processes, rounded to the nearest cent. This applies to the total price you set for a digital document or API call. It does not apply to your other revenue. Stripe processing fees, taxes, and your AI provider’s fees are separate. Prices are in USD.

By connecting Stripe and publishing a product or API, you authorize Neurvona to create payments on your connected account, deduct the stated application fee, deliver purchases, and request refunds for failed delivery. Stripe account verification and its separate terms apply. Your connected account receives the charge; Neurvona does not hold a withdrawable wallet balance for you.

Sellers and products

You remain the seller and are responsible for accurate descriptions, useful deliverables, rights to the content, customer support, taxes, refunds, disputes, and compliance with Stripe’s rules. Set a total price including any seller taxes; this release does not calculate or file taxes. US seller onboarding is supported. Only publish work you reviewed and are entitled to sell. No deceptive claims, unlawful content, or unauthorized personal data.

Digital products are complete text or Markdown documents, delivered after verified payment. They are not custom consulting or work promised for later. Purchases retain the document present at checkout. API tools must be read-only and return a successful JSON result within the documented limits.

Refunds

Contact brett@neurvona.com with the receipt for defective, missing, or misdescribed purchases. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected. A full refund returns Neurvona’s entire application fee; a partial refund returns a proportional fee. Refunds made in Stripe are reconciled through payment webhooks, which can take time. Stripe’s processing fees may not be returned. Full refunds and disputes revoke download access; partial refunds preserve access to the remaining paid purchase.

Failed paid API calls automatically request full refunds. A request can fail or take time to settle. Review pending items in API tools and your Stripe Dashboard. An accepted refund request is not proof that the buyer’s bank has received funds.

Agents and X

Your own agent provider performs the AI work. Neurvona does not promise a continuously running AI worker or authorize spending. Agents can read your context and submit drafts. You approve products and make the final Post action in X’s composer. Confirm the text and the X account before posting. You are responsible for what you publish.

Early access

No sales, earnings, uptime, or investment return is guaranteed. Payments use Stripe, not X Money. Neurvona is not affiliated with X. Pause products and revoke agent connections in your workspace; contact support for deletion or service issues.
