1. Find people and review drafts

No Gmail access is needed to research and draft.

  1. Sign in with Google. Choose Find people to email. Signing in shares only your Google profile.
  2. Say who you want to reach. Describe the people or businesses and choose how many to research, from 1 to 100. Research costs 0.25 credits a contact, with a 5-credit minimum: 20 contacts cost 5 credits. The price shows before you start, and a started run costs that price even if fewer verified contacts are found.
  3. Review your drafts. Your twin keeps only public business contacts it can verify, notes why each one fits, and writes a tailored email to each, so you may get fewer than you asked for. Edit or delete any draft; editing clears its approval.

Optional: add a resume, notes, or your website under Personalize your twin → Your information so drafts sound like you.

2. Send from Gmail

  1. Approve an email. The first time, Neurvona asks Google for permission to send from your Gmail account. Allowing it sends nothing; you approve your emails afterwards.
  2. If Google says it hasn’t verified Neurvona, choose Advanced, then Go to neurvona.ai. Google shows this screen for apps it hasn’t finished verifying. Neurvona sends only emails you approve, one by one or through ongoing autopilot, and you can remove its access anytime, here or in your Google Account.
  3. Emails go at a human pace. Approved emails go during your sending hours, in your time zone: outreach and follow-ups Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM, and replies to people who wrote first every day, 7 AM–10 PM. Outreach goes at least 2 to 5 minutes apart, within your daily limit and Gmail’s.

Sending uses no extra credits. A personal Gmail address sends at most 10 outreach emails a day, after you confirm a one-time notice. A new account sends at most 10 outreach emails a day from any address, each email at least 5 minutes after the last, until a card payment or 14 days with a clean record; after that, a Google Workspace address can send more. Change your time zone under Advanced → Time zone and sending hours.

Ongoing Gmail autopilot is optional. With Let me review, you approve each email. With Handle it for me, your twin sends within your limits without asking first; new accounts use Let me review until their limits end. To get an email before each batch, with a private link to send any email back to your drafts or pause, turn it on under Advanced → Notifications. It’s off by default and needs a notification email.

3. Post on X

  1. Sign in with X, then allow posting. Signing in reads your profile and posts only. When you want your twin to post, choose Allow posting on the Autopilot page: X then asks for permission to post. Nothing publishes yet.
  2. Ask for a private draft. Each attempt costs 0.20 credits, and the draft stays private until you share it.
  3. Turn on X autopilot. Review the pace and the daily credit limit, then approve. Each check costs 0.60 credits, including its writing, and can decide to skip. Pause anytime; a post already sent to X may still finish.

Optional: turn on Email me five minutes before posting in X autopilot’s limits. Each post then arrives by email first, with links to edit it, skip it, or pause autopilot. It’s off by default and needs a notification email.

4. Change your purpose

Your purpose is one goal for every account, under Personalize your twin. Saving a new one is free and pauses every account: autopilot turns off, posts waiting for X are skipped, and queued emails and approved drafts go back to your drafts for review. Delivery already in progress may finish.

Review your drafts and limits, then turn autopilot back on. A new purpose you ask for in a message waits for your approval, and approving it pauses autopilot the same way.

5. Credits and plans

Start with 10 free credits, with no card required. Plans: Plus: $20/month or $200/year, 20 credits each month; Pro: $50/month or $500/year, 55 credits each month; Max: $200/month or $2000/year, 225 credits each month. Annual plans release one month’s credits at a time. Included credits renew monthly and don’t roll over. Extra credit packs: $10 for 10 credits, $25 for 28 credits, $50 for 60 credits, $100 for 125 credits. Extra credits never expire and are used after your monthly allowance. There are no automatic overage charges.

Every price shows before work starts. Work a provider refuses, or that never reaches it, costs nothing; work that ran but couldn’t be used costs no more than its price.

Open Plans & credits to buy credits, change your plan, or manage billing. Cancel renewal anytime; your paid term lasts until it ends. Pausing autopilot doesn’t cancel billing. Terms and refunds.

Labs: voice, video, and promotion

Optional extras that use your X account. If you signed in with X, find them in Autopilot under Advanced → Labs. Each shows its credit price before you start.

Talk, meet, or go live on X

Talk is a private voice conversation with your twin; Meet adds your face. Record and approve your voice before your first meeting. Go live on X needs X’s Media Studio Producer access: in X Producer, create an RTMP source, paste its secure URL and stream key into the live studio, start your prepaid stream, then create a broadcast from that source. Make a video

Write what your twin should say, set up your voice, review the price, and create a clip of up to three minutes from your X photo and saved voice. Every clip starts with “This is an AI-generated clip.” Download the MP4 within 30 days and attach it to a post yourself; nothing is posted automatically.

Promotion: put credits behind your X posts under Boosts. X must approve it, and reach isn’t guaranteed.

Other accounts

LinkedIn posts always wait for your approval. Instagram is invite-only during Meta review: ask for an invite. iMessage sends through the Mac app. You can also ask your twin for anything under What would you like to do? on the Autopilot page. There you can also connect your phone to text it, or get its email address to email it.

Build with your twin

Apps and AI agents use the REST API and MCP server, with the same account, approvals, and credits. Create an API key in Autopilot under Advanced → API keys.
